Policy

Every watch sold by Luxury Boulevard is covered by a 3-year warranty, and every accessory by a 6-month warranty, both starting from the date of purchase. Coverage applies to technical faults in the piece itself and is void if the item is serviced anywhere other than our boutique.

All watches purchased from Luxury Boulevard are covered for 3 years from the date of purchase against technical faults in the movement or mechanism, provided the watch has not been serviced or opened by anyone outside our boutique.

All accessories are covered for 6 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing and technical faults, under the same conditions described in this policy.

Our warranty covers technical problems in the piece itself only — such as a fault in the movement, mechanism, or manufacturing of the item. It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffing, or fading.
• Accidental damage, misuse, or exposure to water beyond the piece's rated resistance.
• Loss or theft.
• Batteries, straps, and other consumable components, unless faulty from manufacturing.

The warranty is voided immediately if a watch is opened, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than Luxury Boulevard. This includes visits to third-party watchmakers, jewellers, or repair shops, even for minor adjustments. To keep your warranty valid, all servicing must be carried out exclusively through our boutique.

If you believe your piece has a covered technical fault, message our concierge team on WhatsApp with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will guide you through the next steps, which may include an inspection at our boutique.
