Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully prepares and packages it for dispatch. Orders are typically handed to our delivery partner within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding Fridays and public holidays.
Delivery Within Cairo
Orders delivered within Cairo governorate typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours from the time your order is dispatched.
Delivery Outside Cairo
Orders delivered outside Cairo governorate typically arrive within 48 to 72 hours from the time your order is dispatched. Remote areas may occasionally require additional time; our team will inform you if this applies to your order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, and will always be shown to you before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation with your courier's contact details. For any update on your order's status, our concierge team is always reachable on WhatsApp with your order number.
Delivery Attempts & Signature
Given the value of our pieces, a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address during the estimated delivery window. If delivery cannot be completed, our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
